Gracious Father,
We come before You, recognizing Your sovereignty over all things. You are the ultimate authority, and we humbly seek Your guidance.
For those in positions of leadership, we lift our hearts in prayer:
Righteousness and Justice: Lord, grant wisdom to those who govern. May they uphold righteousness and justice, knowing that their decisions impact lives. May they seek Your ways above all else.
Integrity: Father, guard their hearts against pride and self-exaltation. May integrity be their foundation, and may they lead with honesty and transparency.
Dependence on You: Remind them daily of their dependence on You. When they forget, gently draw them back into Your presence. Keep them from the pitfalls of sin.
Humility: Teach them humility, for it is in recognizing their limitations that they find strength. May they lead with a servant’s heart, knowing that true greatness lies in serving others.
Godly Wisdom: Let Your wisdom be their compass. May they prioritize Your principles over worldly knowledge. May they seek understanding that aligns with Your truth.
Reverence: Above all, instill in them a deep reverence for You. May their lives reflect Your mercy and justice. May they lead in alignment with Your will.
Lord, we entrust our leaders into Your hands. May they seek Your face, listen to Your voice, and walk in Your ways. Bless them with discernment, compassion, and courage.
